The Open Office connector for XMS enables you to take advantage of the standard text editor while opening your publishing process to the power of the a content manager.
You can use the word processor to:
- Enter your content online directly in XML (without tags)
- Have several authors working at the same time on a document
- Perform sophisticated searches for existing XMS content (whatever publication format/media)
- Share, validate and save online together with other authorized contributors.
The XMS connector appears in Open Office as a standard menu.
Immediate results
As soon as your editorial document stock is in XMS, you can use it via Open Office to make up new content and unify, classify and publish it on any medium for any use (print or web publishing system, mobile devices, flows, etc.)
If your existing document stock is not available in XML, do not hesitate to contact us: high-performance tools can be used to quickly digitalize and file data for use in XMS.
