S3000L training:
Data modeling for versions 2.0 / 2.1
Overview of the introductory S3000L training
2025 Customer Satisfaction Index
S3000L is an international standard for the Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) process, an essential component of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
S3000L : « International procedure specification for Logistics Support Analysis »
S3000L defines the general requirements for integrated product support, configuration management, and the analysis activities needed to support logistics analysis throughout the lifecycle of complex technical systems. These systems, often characterized by long service lives and significant maintenance needs, include industrial, aerospace, and defense products.
The S-Series specifications rely on a similar IT environment: UML 2.0 modeling and an XML 1.1 exchange format.
This training module is based on: the SX002D Common Data Model, the SX004G Unified Modeling Language (UML) model reader’s guidance specification, the SX005G S-Series ILS specifications XML schema implementation guidance specification, and the UML models and various XML schemas (XSD) provided by the S-Series.
The module presents the S3000L specification in the context of the S-Series package.
